I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last 3 weeks to get Vodacom to resolve issues they have with profile limits. You just don't get anywhere. They should seriously revise their email to ***. They made a stuff up on an account in 2017 for which they sent me a formal appology, but they still haven't sorted out the account. This is just rediculous.

18 Oct 2019, 11:06I need a manager to contact me to fix the issue. Up to now I have spoken to a teamleader in recoveries, 3 people in customer care, 2 people in client aquisitions, 4 people in accounts, 8 visits to mall at carnival and the manager there is now also out of resources to help. I have spent more than 24 hours over the last 3 weeks to try and get the issue resolved. I need someone that can assist me.
Now I have been told I have to visit Vodaworld in Midrand, because that is the only way to get to speak to someone that can fix the problem. Please Vodacom, can you not find someone willing and able to help?
Getting hold of anyone at Vodacom that actually care to help you is an absolute nightmare. Why is customer service so difficult. Please, your customers are begging to be helped. There are no phone numbers, no proper customer complaint addresses and no one that can be contacted directly.
Can you not take a hint from FNB, which at least takes customer complaints seriously?
Please. Please. Please.
