36 MINUTES AND STILL HOLDING - NO OTHERS TO ASSIST

I have been holding on currently at 37 minutes on one phone and 10 minutes on another for the same contact center. Cancellations ***. <br> I need to cancel a business cell phone number. When option is selected to cancel they request documents to be emailed (letterhead and ID) but no email address is given. I then started a chat on the Vodacom Website and was told by the lady that they only work with sales and can not assist.
