36 DAYS LATER, STILL NOTHING

I have been with Vodacom for close to 10 Years now....16 April 2015 I handed in my Xperia Z3 which I bought on contractin December 2014. <br> <br> Beginning of April the phone had software and hardware problems. I sent it in with a faulty proximity sensor, blotches on camera. rattling sound close to speaker, faulty camera button.<br> <br> When is got my phone back on the 11th of May i had no network coverage. i had to send my phone back.<br> The loan phone i have does not work properly. shutting down whenever you use it to often. my nano sim doesn't fit. i had to buy my own adapter.<br> <br> Now my phone is back for repairs and has been since, today is the 22nd of May. 36 days. I have spoken to so many people...Lance Gurling / Bertram Cupido / Nathaneil Abrahams / Marion Jeftha / Zama Gumede / Zakkiyya Shabudin / Kurt Wilson Vodacom 4 U(as an entity) to name a few (Kurt seems to be able to help, lets hope)<br> <br> Today i found out my phone arrived at Sony in Boksburg. they be finished in no longer that 7 working days, Then it goes to the ARC witch will take +- 2 days. Then only will it be sent back to Vodacom 4 U witch will probably take another 3-4 days.... <br> so i should have my phone back in 2-3 weeks(hopefully)<br>
