34 Vodacom employees unable to resolve a simple Vodacom issue

<p>I've been trying to complete an upgrade since October 2016. I've been to 4 Vodacom stores, a total of 13 times. I've made 19 phone calls and placed 2 online orders. To date, no Vodacom consultant, team leader or manager has called me back to assist, as promised. The consultants at the Vodacom stores have placed orders on my behalf but neglected to inform me that the items arrived and when I return, it's sold out! Online, my request was unsuccessful and I was to be called back, but still have not received a call, SMS or email. However, the courier company tried to deliver my order which I was not expecting and had to return because I was not informed that I need to have my ID book with me. Vodacom call centre agents have told Vodacom store consultants, 5 times, that they've called the wrong number...so where should I call to if Vodacom cannot seem to reach Vodacom by phone??? It's 31 December and I still have no idea what's happening with this upgrade, and neither does the upgrade department so they are unable to cancel the contract because the upgrade/delivery is pending. What a waste of time! This is the worst customer experience I've had this year.</p>
