31 days since upgrade has been approved and no delivery

I app**** for an upgrade on the 5th of December 2016. I was told that the upgrade was approved and that the next call i should expect will be from the courier to deliver my new phone.

I called weekly, and every time I get told a different story. The latest excuse is that the device has been discontinued and that I wont be getting it. But I was also told to just be patient.

In over a month, nobody called to tell me this. I have been paying contract price without getting a phone. I usually upgrade on month 22, but now I have been paying for 23 months without getting my new phone. This in my opinion is a waste of money.

I was told to mail ********** and then later ********** and was promised that I will get a response within 48 hours. Neither of them rep****. I also mailed their social media team. They rep****, but the response I got from them was so useless. Also, if i did want to upgrade to a different device (which I don''t) I would be unable to. When I click upgrade on the website I get the following message "InComplete order exist for MSISDN".

I want my device I ordered a month ago. I t's not my problem that they oversold. I know that they can set the "sold out" banner on their site when they do actually don't have stock. And also, the sales person did tell me that my upgrade was approved and that my device was on its way when I called last month.

Their customer service is useless. Completely and utterly useless. And their sales team don't know what they are talking about as I get a different story every time I call.

Do not use their services. Especially their online upgrade services. You will be waiting for something that might never come. Or maybe it will... Nobody knows. Not even they know.

I have read online that the service was bad, but thought I'd give it a try anyway. How could they stuff a simple upgrade up. Surprise! they did! ><
