30 Day data bundle disappeared
On the 6th of June I purchased a 40 day data bundle through ABSA. I took 6GB I was away this past long weekend and my data has just vanished. I didn’t use data for most of the weekend as we were staying in the bush and had no signal. Please explain how I received a message
Sunday 10.44 - saying I had 2.95gb left At 14.54 I received another message to say I had 1.14gb left - during this time I was without signal in the park so I was not using ANY data services. I then got another message at 17.35 to say I had 278gb left - again I was in the park without any signal
WHERE IS MY DATA ? Why has it just disappeared? I usually buy 4-5GB a month and it lasts a month, now suddenly it’s gone within hours when I had no service connections.
