3 YEAR OLD PENDING PORT

I decided to port from Vodacom to Cell C, On Friday 15 February 2019 I forwarded my request to Cell C and was told porting takes 24 hours, So I called Cell C on Sunday 17 February 2019 and was told they still waiting for permission from Vodacom, so this morning 18 February 2019 I called Vodacom and was informed that I have a porting still pending from 2016 "coincidently" also on 18 February so they have a porting pending for 3 years now, how does a porting stay pending for 3 years something that we are told normally takes 24 hours?

Now I am being told that I must wait another 72 hours and that is how long it will take to cancel the 3 year old porting that is pending, this is rediculous and I especailly don't want to load data as Vodacom are expensive and they don't deserve my money.

Vodacom has become to big for their customers and just don't care, asking the supervisor Anastacia how come a port can stay pending for 3 years she can't give me an answer just telling me she will send a request to the technicians, that does not help me at all, but then again they don't care THEY ARE VODACOM.

Vodacom are keeping me hostage and I can't do a port out until they cancel the 3 year old pending port and then I must do it all over again. SIES VODACOM

Well Vodacom I guess you know how to make it difficult for a customer, after receiving the reference number and sms stating my querry is close and I can proceed with the porting I do so and thenVodacom decided to decline my port out due to the same querry of a pending out 3 years ago, they said its close but I guess that's why theres a 3year pending period when you want to leave Vodacom. Bunch of ***** and immoral business practice SIES AGAIN.
