3 WEEKS without my phone!!!!

I need a report on my phone for insurance due to the LCD screen (Iphone 4) not working well as well as the phone is not vibrating anymore. Insurance just needs a report from Vodacom, I went to Vodacom in Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch, and was told I will be without a phone for 3 weeks??? I am running a business and use my phone mostly for business purposes. How must I do this without my phone for 3 WEEKS!!!?? Just to get a report for my insurance???? Please can you come back to me ASAP???!!! I live in Northern Suburbs in Cape Town and need to know what my options are on getting a report done ASAP for my insurance on my Iphone 4.
