3 weeks NO RESPONSE
It has been over 3 weeks and vodacom said matter has been escalated but I have not even received 1 email, phonecall or sms...is the matter being escalated by foot to MARS????<br> <br> Pathetic services. Will never recommend vodacom to anyone. <br> <br> I want this to be stated as now a FORMAL COMPLAINT<br> <br> <br> Ridiculously, pathetic and ****ing off service
