3 times unlucky! 2 weeks to fix same issue on phone

I had a battery issue a few months ago & Vodacom Canal walk fixed the issue by replacing the sub board on my phone. Since then I've been having intermittent issues, whereby applications opened up on it's own until eventually my phone crashed, losing signal & the battery power dropped by the second.

On Wednesday 15th June 2016, I booked my phone for repairs (due to the above reason) was informed it will be fixed between 24-48 hours.
I received my phone back 6 days later, being 21 June. Less than an hour later it had come to my attention that the phone had the same issue as before. I immediately addressed the Store manager as I wasn't happy, phone was rebooked as a high priority. I was then given a "Loan" phone - which also has issues.

Two days later (23rd June) was informed phone was fixed, I was super excited to collect my phone as I was reassured by the manager that everything is working sub board, motherboard & LCD was replaced. Got phone back for the 3rd time in one week, to discover that phones signal dropped again... saying that I should sign in to Vodacom network.
I took screenshots of all this. Stormed to Vodacom Canal walk and expressed how unhappy I am also insisted on a new phone as my phone is under warranty. The manager took my phone without booking it in, she assured me that she will contact me on 24 June with job number. I had to go into the store AGAIN on the 25th June and insist on the job number.

They said that the technician wanted to run more tests before sending to JHB. I didn't ask them to run more test, I was informed that the phone will be sent away only to learn that more test will be run.
How many more test and replacement parts needs to be done??? What are they doing with my phone!! The phone has been taken apart and put together so many times in this two weeks. RIDICULOUS! I still don't have my phone, apparently waiting on parts - not my issue. I want a new phone!

Vodacom is not my leading SA network at this time. Been with you guys for 10 years. **** service, **** turnover time. I want a new phone, no more useless repairs.
