3 months, still frustrated
My waterproof Sony Xperia is no longer waterproof. The rubber seal keeping moisture out wore out and as a result moisture got in. I took it to Vodacom Repairs in Cresta just to have the rubber or the flap replaced. After 3 months of calls and trips to the store they finally decided it had to be booked in. After a week at ARC in Midrand, my phone is returned, and they tell me they cannot fix it because it is water damaged!!?? I did not send it in to have water damage or the effects of water damage repaired. I sent it in for the potential CAUSE of water damage to be repaired. Any damage caused by moisture has no bearing on the nature of the fault.<br> I understand that they have T&
