3 MONTHS LATER I AM STILL PATIENTLY WAITING FOR INSTALLATION

04 May 2021 Vodacom old called me to offer me fibre. The offer included an interim solution package which was free for one month as they predicted that fibre would be live in our complex within one month. I signed up, and indeed a month later, fibre was live on our complex. Unfortunately for me, I am still paying for an unstable, expensive interim solution which at this moment seems like a permanent solution.

I have made numerous calls to customer care, received countless SMS. I even requested an upgrade to the uncapped package since my initial package was 200gig. It seems like their sales team is more effective than any other department because the upgrade guy called me the following day. We couldn't upgrade because of the pending installation.

31 August 2021 I am still waiting patiently for the installation.

31 August I write on Hello peter a receives a response from Vodacom Consumer Website Team within hours advising me that a consultant will get in touch with me regarding My installation.

06 September I am still patiently waiting for the consultant mentioned in the response. so I now have 2 to patiently wait for. 1. The consultant to call me and 2. the installation. At this rate, I do not see myself with the fibre installation this year.
