3 months and still no upgrade

This is just crazy. it is not going on 3 months that i have been trying to do an upgrade to a lower package and nothing has been done. they always reply with their robot message saying that some one is going to get back to you......nothing ever happens. You see i was right they are going to make me pay the higher rate till my contract finishes, bunch of SHARKS that bleed their \valued customers"and one would think posting of Hello peter will help"
