3 months and still NO resolution

I received my bill three months ago and it was sky high due to "Data", when I phone to query it I was told that the issues would be investigated I phone a few time to follow up and was told that they would be in contact with me to advise, on one of my calls I had noticed that my next bill was also sky high due to "Data" I was assured they would look into it as well. I then received an sms to say the case had been close (no one contacted me to advise when I phoned no one could answer my question as to why my data is to high). I have taken my phone into a Vodacom shop for them to check if there was anything running or signed up to something that charges and they couldn't find anything. I then received a credit note which appears on my statement but now I have received another sky high bill due to "Data".
When phoning Vodacom today (05/10/2016) I was transferred from pillar to post and no one could help me as it’s not the correct department, eventually the last person tried to transfer me and no one answered so the call was dropped, when phoning back and asking for the correct department the lady pretended that she was going to transfer me and put the phone down.

This is ongoing for 3 months and I am very irritated with this. Pity I still have so long left on the contract otherwise I would cancel I would love to end my contract as this is pathetic. I have never had an issue with Vodacom before this
