3 email,5 phone call,no help

So as my heading says this is the 3rd email I am sending now in a space of 3weeks.I have called the call center who said they will get it sorted and till this day nothing has been sorted.I have been rather nice so I demand this sorted out today not in 24-48 hrs today its so amazing who u can put a penalty on someone acc in minutes bt can't assist someone who has been put in a difficult position by one of your staff really now.I better get that call today
