3 debit orders deducted for 1month

On 19 April I asked Vodacom to change my debit order to another bank account. By 10 May they did not deduct my subscribtion on my 3 contracts which was due by 1 June, so I EFT the full amount to settle the account. By 6 June I received a treatening sms from Vodacom that my account is outstanding and my lines would be cut. I then transferred the full amount to Vodacom again since it was then clear they cancelled the debit order and did not process the debit order to be deducted from my other bank account. On 7 June Vodacom deducted the full amount which was due by 1 June via debit order, plus a R100 fee they later claimed was for a bounced debit order. I called in to the accounts dept; and after almost an hour on the phone managed to speak to Riona Ramnath Subscriber Collections. She would have reversed the R100 charge and corrected the debit order. By 8 June yet another debit order was deducted, which was then the 3rd payment they demanded and received. I called and spoke with Alana Harris who promised to get the R3 319-69 overpayment which Vodacom deducted via debit orders refunded to me within 48 hrs. Ref S3-GXC3E-EH5AV. When I did not hear from Vodacom nor received my promised refund I called again and the matter would have been attended to urgently. Ref ********** 85. Still no word from Vodacom, and nor did they refund the R3 319-69 overpayment they deducted from my account

Sorry for the typing error ..... on 10 May I EFT the amount that was due by 1 May. On 6 June I received a threatening sms and then EFT the amount that was due on 1 June.

Today is 2 weeks after Vodacom threatened to cut my lines if I don't pay, which I then did immediately. And for the next 2 consecutive days Vodacom deducted R1750 and R1569 respectively off my bank account via debit order.
I have spoken to several Vodacom staff who promised to process the repayment by latest 16 June and still no payment was done nor can I get hold of Bernie Brown at Subscriber Collections Dept, or Theo Smith at Customer Care, or a Roderick Lategan who were suppose to get the refund processed.
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! is all I can comment on the bullying tactics Vodacom abuses customers.
Simply refund my R3320 which you don't have a right to sit with! Vodacom has always been paid punctually for years!
