3 - 4 Months to Repair a Phone!!!

I booked my phone in on the 11th of January for repairs. After it being sent back TWICE due to repairs not performed that I requested, I finally received my phone back on the 26th of February, only to find out that they had not performed a functional check on the device before handing it back to me. The phone did not read my SIM card. Seriously, you give a client their phone back after over a month of repairs, and you have not checked that it actually works 100%? Words such as PATHETIC and *********** spring to mind!!! Now I have been informed that it has been sent in for Advanced Repairs. A process which takes an additional 3 weeks, then when it comes back to Cape Town, an extra 1 to 2 weeks. How the ****** hell does it take 3 bookings and 3 to 4 MONTHS to repair a cellphone?? This is totally unacceptable service in the highest degree!! I expect to be FULLY compensated for this ongoing inconvenience with a brand new handset of the same make and model IMMEDIATELY at no extra cost to me.
