2weeks to get an upgrade!!!!

I have call the Vodacom upgrades number ********** on the 14 th of February 2017and went through to the midrand branch,I have spoken to a Nomphumelelo (PHUMI)as she calls herself. She has done my upgrade on my data line and was very helpful. She then told me the device will be delivered with 5 working days.I stressed the fact that RAM should call me on my cellphone number and not my data number, she took my number and I was off the phone.I then called in last week to find out what's going on because I didn't receive my device, the consultant whose name I didn't get advised me that RAM was going to return the device back to Vodacom as they couldn't get a hold of me,and I assume that they tried my data number. So I asked that he redo my upgrade but was told that they had to wait for RAM to return the device back to Vodacom before they can do the upgrade again so I had to wait.I didn't mind as this was the procedure ro be followed and I also didn't stress because I was told that I will be on the new package by the 1st of March and I needed it by then so there all was good.I also requested that Phumi calls me because I was happy with her service up until then.I didn't get a call from her so on the 27th February I called the number again but this time I went through to the JHB branch and spome to Amanda Radebe but she told me that she couldn't help me because the device hasn't been returned yet. She wasn't helpful at all, when I asked to speak to her supervisor she wanted to know why and refused by saying that they will tell me exactly like she is.Eventually after being put on hold for majority of the duration of the call I got to speak to Komotso Sekano (supervisor).I had explained to her that I have been waiting 2weeks etc and that it is imperative that I have my data by the 1st March. She then told me in a very polite way that it is going to be impossible due to the process that they have to follow, but suggested that I go to store and upgrade and because of the inconvenience she will arrange that my first months subscription be free. That was all good and it seems to the only way at the time so I agreed. The call duration was 55m and 45s.I also stayed on the line to rate my experience and although I rated them very poor I still haven't received a call to date to have it rectified. After I got off that call I received a call from Phumi about 10min later and she then told me that Komotso seems like she does not know what she is doing and that I should not do anything as all is in order for my upgrade and I will be on the new package by the 1st but my device will arrive by the 3rd of March, that was fine with me because all I really needed is the contract to be active on the 1st so I get my data.On the 1st nothing happened so called the number again and asked for Phumi so they said they will log a service request and she will call me,I have tried 3 times to get her to call me on the 1st and once today but still no calls to sort out the promise she has made. When I called through today I spoke to Thabisile also from the Midrand branch and she told me that no new upgrade has been done on the 27th and that the old 1 has to be cancelled first so PHUMI has **** according to the information she has given me.Thabisile aslo said that she will log a service request to cancel the old upgrade and will give me a call in the morning to try and assist me.But she is also going to get Phumi to call me.I would like to see how Vodacom will sort out my problem.I have been with Vodacom for many years but I will not hesitate to move to another service provider and hope to get better customer service.
