2nd Vodacom complaint

This is my second post about Vodacom. I have a cellphone and WIFI with Vodacom. That is all. These were my debit orders the last 4 months: 1 Oct: R 1 275.40; 1 Nov: R 1 275.40; 2 Dec: R 2 132.26; 2 Jan: R 1 974.41.

I cannot understand how I can be debited with R 2 132.26 and then R 1 974.41 for a cellphone and WIFI, no matter what the circumstances. After the debit order of R 2 132.26, I spoke to a Vodacom consultant. He informed me that my next debit order will be much lower and below R 1 000. Now I am debited with an amount of R 1 974.41. How can a basic cellphone contract and WIFI cost that much.

Will be cancelling Vodacom.
