2nd Try - Vodacom Does Not Know There Own Packages

SINCE VODACOM DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL ME OR REPLY TO MY MSGS AGAIN LETS TRY THIS AGAIN.

So for some odd strange reason Vodacom decided to remove Voice Bundles from my account and 3 other lines i have with them as well. Each time i log a ticket i get the same ****py reply stating i cannot buy Voice Bundles. I have been doing this for over an year and my package allows this with Airtime conversion to Voice Bundles. I am fed up of the ****py service from Vodacom and no one bothering to solve this. Again today I am fighting with support to get this fixed. Either Vodacom fixes this or changes my package free of charge,
