2nd Time in a Month - Made me feel like a ********

Good day. Upon my EFT payment on Friday for my account, I had to contact the ********** department. Now you might ask why only then did I pay my account. Well that’s a story for another day, but in short I have on NUMEROUS occasions told Vodacom that I can only pay between the 15th - 20th of each month. I contact the department the first time with no issue; they said I should email the proof of payment so they can reinstate the service, and so I did. Second time I called, to confirm that they received the proof of payment, on the other hand was one of my worse experiences with Vodacom yet. I got cut off the first time, which happens on every call to Vodacom at least once and believe me it is experienced by many. Let’s get to the story. The consultant answered, I greeted her " Good Afternoon" and I started explaining briefly the situation, she then asked the number in question and I gave to her. Then the normal security questions followed. She asked me a few, I'm sure about 4-5 questions, then apparently I failed on the security questions, and she started asking me questions about my contract itself, which I bet you 95% of the clients won't know. Then I asked her why all these questions as I have spoken to another consultant earlier and she asked me 3 questions. Then she said I failed some of them? Which was impossible because I have been asked the same ones previously and I passed?? Then I asked which ones I failed and she said she is not allowed to tell me. Nevertheless I asked to speak to the manager or the superior. She got him on the line, I very pleasant gentleman unlike her. I explained my situation and he also said they cannot do anything more than that I must go to my nearest vodashop or get a statement and check what is the answer to the specific question they were asking me. I really felt like a ******** because I could not access my account from their side just to see if the payment was received. This made me feel very bad and I was furious. So I hung up and was helpless because they said my account will remain like that because of those questions not answered. I am on the road allot and I have very restricted time so there was no way I would be able to go to a vodashop at that time.
