2nd hellopeter in 1 month. SHOCKING!!

To Whom It May Concern:

My problem started with Vodacom on 01/12/2016 when our contract term ended and was supposed to convert to prepaid. After struggling for 2 weeks, the staff member at Vodacom said that they cannot do anything more for me and that he is waiting to hear from another team for feedback (3-5 working days) which is not getting back to him. He advised that the only other option is to write a review on hellopeter. I followed his advice and 2 hours later my problem was fixed.

With using the phone I then realised my phone cannot send SMS's and my when setting a personalised voicemail it always remains on standard voicemail with the number being read. I tried buying an SMS bundle. This took money from my airtime, sent me an SMS confirming but no SMS's received on my balances and I can still not send SMS's. I received an SMS which said my data has run out. It shows 0.00kb on the vodacom site but when I check the balances on my phone there is over 100kb data?...

I then went back to this Vodacom shop, they checked my airtime, sms bundles, phone settings. They reset the phone. It did not work. They recommended I do my phone's software update as iPhones sometimes do this. It did not work.

I went to another Vodacom shop who said they can't fix the problem and sent me to the Vodacom Chatz shop. They said they can't fix the problem on their system and had me call the service centre. The service centre reset my voicemail and said it should work in 1-24 hours. They changed my sms centre settings and said this should work.

It did not work. I am sitting with the same problem.

I went to a Vodacom shop again today. They want to reload the vodacom software. This will erase all my information. But there is no guarantee that this will solve my problem.

I dont know who can sort this out but nobody seems to know what is going on.

PLEASE HELP?!?!?
