2nd Hand Samsung S8

Good day,

Hope this finds you well.

I am very disappointed with the service that I have received from you, TOO BAD. I bought a Sam S8 on the 07/07/2017 and the 11/07 the speaker was faulty and and the phone died. Took it to the store where they also witnessed that. They booked it as OBF and later the phone came as OBF rejected.

Please note that I cannot accept this, I am not going to stay for another 24 months with a phone that is faulty and be told that i must keep until it does the same again. How will I enjoy this phone that I will be paying my hardearned for? Hoping that it does die on me again? I dont want any favour or special treatment, I want the service that is due to me, The phone is faulty within 7 days and its not a physical fault, it was be replaced with a new one.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I WANT A NEW PHONE BY NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY.
SHOULD THIS MATER NOT BE RESOLVED BY THEN I WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT FURTHER,

Didi (OBF): **********
Cell No: ********** 871/ ********** 712
Job no: ********** 0- ********** 1
Date booked: 17/07/2017
IMEI: ********** ********** 9 S8
Activation date: 08/07/2017
Phone received: 7/07/2017
Returned: 11/07/2017
Jubilee Mall: **********
