2nd Hand Prize

To Whom it may concern<br> I Purchased a Vodacom cell phone from Game in Vincent Park East London 28.02.15 and upon paying I was told by the vodacom promoter that they are running a competion. So I left my slip with the guy that had helped me and I was called about 4 to 5 hours later and was told that I had won the competition. I went to collect my prize which was a cooler bag a landyard and a few other small things, but the biggest being a sony bluetooth speaker which I was very grateful for. I had opened my prize at home and seen that the speaker looked like it had been used had old stickers on it, was in no form of packaging or box, no cables instruction manual or charger. I had to return to the game in vincent park and I found that the box which looked like it had been badly damaged was kept under the counter at the cellular department of game. The lady gave me the box with the charger and protective bag in. I got home opened the box tried to charge the speaker but still it wouldnt take charge. I looked at the charger and this was also damaged. <br> <br> Would vodacom do a promotion and give out broken/used stock?<br> Very dissapointed and hope that the item can be replaced with a new one!
