2ND COMNPLAINT REGARDING A 2007 VODACOM ACCOUNT

Good day, this is now my 2nd complaint, 1st one was made on 28.1.2015 & to date my husband's name still reflects on ITC for this acc.A 2007 account no correspondence/phone calls/messages received from Vodacom notifying him or even wanting to make an arrangement.Contacted the Vodacom Legal Department on *** & the consultant explained the following:Vodacom handed the account over to the attorneys, but when they could not get hold of my husband sent the documents back to Vodacom who archived it until they one day get hold of my husband.A payment of R6254.84 is what they want us to pay.According to my knowledge this debt had to be written off as prescribed debt as I requested this in January 2015 and to date his name is still reflecting in ITC.They want us to make an arrangement for 12 months.They are crazy wanting debt paid that was made 9 years ago. Its not my husband's fault no correspondence/phone calls/messages and even post did not get to him. We are not willing to pay for debt that is 9 years old.If this is not resolved today I will have to take the matter further and put them in the news paper. I want a letter stating that this was written off as in ASAP.
