2nd attempt at online contract application failed

So I app**** for a contract with Vodacom online about a month ago. The convenience of being able to do everything on line was a welcome one "in theory". After going through the most and posting a complaint here I was told I don't qualify because I had recently moved banks. Okay fast forward to now I have three salary payments in my account and I reapp****. This time the application process seemed to be moving along. As a foreign national I was asked to email my documents and once they receive them it would take about 5 hours before I have an answer. That was last week. I was told on Friday last week that the system had sent a notification saying non SA ID holder fax documents. I asked the lay who assisted me when that would be done she advised on the 27th after the holidays. I checked again today what the status was and the consultant who helped me online advised the system had an error and my documents had to be resubmitted and the previous order was cancelled. He advised again it would take at most 5 hours to get an acceptance or decline. I checked on the online chat portal and I was told the system was saying non SA ID holder fax documents! Again! Am I supposed to fax? Why should I do the follow ups to check on the progress. The convinience of ordering online is defeated by this lack of feedback and just confusion around the whole process. Vodacom please just tell me if I can get the contract or not so I can take my business elsewhere. I do not want to start another application elsewhere lest you guys now come back and say you have a contract with us. Like I said in my complaint last time any feedback (good or bad) is better than no feedback and me having to follow up and be told the same thing over and over again
