2months waiting for a refund after cancellation

<p>I cancelled my contract ref.30. ********** 7885. I was debited for 2 month thereafter R599 X 2. I called in after the second debit and the gentleman advised me that I will receive a refund because it does show on his side the contract was cancelled. Its not April my contracted was cancelled late last year and I am still waiting for my refund.</p>
