2gig modem
Vodacom blueroute gave wrong information for the modem bought. .I specifically asked for a modem with 2gig night owl and 2gig day.i didnt get that package instead I got just 2gig , when I enquired I was informed that the package I signed for was only for 2gig without night owl .The pampet said 2gig night owl and 2gig day for the package I opted for on a top up but the consultant on 111 explained that there is no night owl for top ups. .this was never explained at the shop when I was showing what I prefered on the pamphlet.
