2day old phone has to be booked in for repairs

I upgraded online 28 Sept as it is more convenient for me due to my working hours.I received my phone 30 Sept&included was a nano sim.Did the sim swop&extaticly waited it to pull through. To my disappointment it pulled through, but I had no signal. My Samsung S4 has great signal in my office and home, but the new Samsung S6 has none.01 Oct I went into Vodashop Lakeside mall and the tech guy confirmed that the signal is pathetic. He did a couple of setting adjustments, but the signal stayed very poor.I said I will check the following day when I'm at work as its worst there.Sadly still no signal on 02 Oct.I went back to Lakeside mall shop on 03 October where the sales guy told me yes, the signal is not right, but I have to book the phone in for repairs as I upgraded online and not in the shop. When I pointed out that the invoice states at the back I can go to any vodashop to exchange,he said sorry, that is how it is.I need to phone the sales department to collect the phone. So my complaint landed up on the Facebook page&the eService team emails me.Same story.I have to PAY for the collection of the faulty phone!!!The phone is not even a week old now and its hardly used because no signal.
