I have been with Vodacom for years. from the 04/03/24 i've been struggling to upgrade. they sold me something which dose not exist, a certain deal was approved & all set for upgrading, they send you an SMS telling you sky net will deliver within 3-5 working days. Later on they dont phone you, no coms, you phone in waiting like some fool to find out its apparently been cancelled because the product is dis continued, they think they clever by doing this, theyll you something & later on try re sell something that they cancelled & a Much higher price. so firstly you upgrade to something that dosent exist (*****) & then once all that money & time is spent on phoning around they tell you this nosense. & sell the very same thing even more Expensive.
