26000 for data????

On 26 Jan I received a msg from the bank that Vodacom has deducted an amount of 34500 from my acc. I immediately phoned Vodacom and learnt that I have \spent"R25565 on data! I then started the long journey to try and sort it out. I have made numerous attempts to get the proof of this spent but all I get is that the spent is legit mam without the proof. I have been harassed by accounts dept however all my attempts to explain the situation has fallen on death ears. Yesterday my service has been suspended! Again empty promises has been made. How is it possible for Vodacom to even allow any private account go so high if they know I could've paid R249 for 2 gig now I've been charged this much for 22 gig. Seems to me that referring the matter to my lawyer is the next step. So disappointed in Vodacom it's unreal."""
