24months contract running for 10yrs this year.

I signed a 24 month cellphone contract in June 2011-June2013 of an amount of R230(ref. Vodacom ***)they added an insurance of an amount of R160.39(ref.vodasure Vhi***) all per month.I was sent from pillar to post to cancel the contract at the end of it.Lastly I was given the number to call that doesn't have an option to cancel and refund. How do I cancel this contract that is going for 10yrs now and get my refund .
