24 month complimentary data

I recently did an upgrade with Vodacom in March to a Huawei P30 lite 2020 on a uchoose 390 and as part of the deal I was going to receive 20GB once off for April and that was done,then from the 1st May I was supposed to receive a 2GB complimentary data for 24 months,the lady that did the upgrade for me said I should call in on the 1st May to have it activated, and I did....but when I called in I was advised that there is nothing that shows on the system regarding that, but I’m guessing that can be verified on the call recordings I had with the lady I spoke to, the call was around the 12th or 13th March when the deal was made, can you kindly verify this and activate the 2GB monthly(complimentary) for 24 months me.
