24 hours turn around?

What says 24 hours on their paperwork is now 2 forms, 8 days, 6 phone calls and 2 e mails later and still still my phone is blacklisted. No manager is ever available. Shocking services. Will not be renewing any of my 3 contracts when the time comes.
