24 hours?? I have been waiting for 4Days!!!

Hi Had and Arrears Accounting that was settled in 2013.<br> <br> Not only has my name never been removed from ITC - After the account was settle but now I am struggling to get a letter from Vodacom to state that everything is in order.<br> <br> We want to buy a house and my due date for submitting a fully paid letter from Vodacom in today.<br> <br> I have phone the call centre everyday since Friday and they keep on telling me they will send in within 24hours!! <br> <br> Its been 4days and no letter?? everything is in order all i need is a confirmation letter!!! <br> <br> Seriously!! why must it always come to this!<br> <br> I NEED THAH LETTER NOW!!<br> <br> Don't make promises that you obviously cannot keep.<br> <br>
