22 Days - Still no resolution

On the 13th of December 2016 I went into the Vodacom shop in Craighall Park to port out of Cell C and into Vodacom as a prepaid subscriber – to date I have been unable to receive any calls. I queried the matter one day after porting, the assistant manager said that they had to re-sync and that it should take a couple of hours. A day later it still wasn’t working. I have been into the Vodacom shop 5 times and taken the mater up with the store manager. In addition, I have logged several queries with the call centre (082 111) who kept trying to activate the services on my line. I have also logged a query with the solutions team 0n the 23rd of December at 15:37 (I- ********** 695133) – I have since found out that the ticket was closed even though it wasn’t resolved. On Wednesday, 28 December 2016, I received an sms to say that I have not registered for RICA and was removed from the network – this has been resolved but I am still unable to receive any calls!

· My wife is expecting our first child in 25 days and is unable to reach me in the case of emergencies.

· My working year begins on the 3rd and I am unable to receive calls which impacts my ability to generate profit.

· I have missed all of my family’s calls over Christmas.

· Every time our house alarm goes off, I have armed response rush into the house because they cannot get hold of me.
