2020 black Friday special 24 months

Apparently the only way to get assistance is doing it here, I contacted Vodacom in the week regarding a black Friday special in 2020 as per the phone conversation the contract was only for 24 months / 2 years. I mentioned this to the consultant I spoke to in the week, she sent me the quote stating that it is a three year contract and did nothing further, I went through my emails and noticed that all emails in that time duration was error emails nothing else. I was supposed to receive a call from the department and I received no call back, I would like to have a copy of the phone conversation I had in 2020 as all calls are recorded. I am not willing to pay for that kind of laptop the amount they expect me to, it's extremely slow and I could not add any data to it.
