20 days later and I'm still waiting

I requested itemised Billing from Vodacom on the 02/04/2016. documents was faxed on the 05/04/2016. I got no feedback from Vodacom, I then e-mailed the documents on the 14/04/2016, 15/04/2016 and on the 18/04/2016 and again no feedback from Vodacom. I explained Vodacom a few times that this documents a needed in court case (CCMA) 20 days later and I'm still waiting... And no feedback from Vodacom
