2 years of struggling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Acc number ***9-3 cell number *** I have been struggling with this acc since 2020. Firstly to get a credit passed when Vodacom made a mess and didn't cancell a contract. Then I wanted to take out a new contract, only to find my acc is with collections for I think R2 it was. I then struggled after paying it and getting a paid up letter to get my account status moved from current to settled. Nearly a year now and no joy yet. Just today, Vodacom the Bridge phoned on my behalf. At least 15 calls, all calls dropped. Eventually it is said I don't owe nothing and on their side all is right. Yet when I want to get a contract, I can't because the status is current. On top of it all, when I do a credit check on myself, I apparently owe Vodacom a few hundred rand. Do I get legal help to sort this or can it never ever be rectified???? I apparently also have 2 profiles??????

Well I simply don't believe anyone is going to call me on ***. And if they do, it will be a response of we apologize for your inconvenience and all of it helps me nothing. If I dont get this sorted TODAY I will miss out on a contract special. Will vodacom then honor it?????? Or should I institute a legal claim for damages suffered. ???????? It is now 10h37 and no one has called me.

WHEN IS IT GOING TO HAPPEN? IS THERE ANYONE EVEN ATTENDING TO THIS? I doubt. I think it is all just automated responses. That's why I have been struggling for 2 years.
