2 Years later!!!

In 2015 I cancelled my Vodacom account as I was moving overseas. It was a premature cancellation of the number ********** 550. I paid the cancellation fees and everything else in store after which I emailed proof of thesee payments to Vodacom. Multiple times I asked for a confermation from them that this account was now in order. However this was to no avail. Fast forward to 2017, on the day I landed back in South Africa I receive a email from Symmington and de Kock attourneys asking me to contact them regarding my outstanding Vodacom account. This is an absolute joke!!! I have now sent three emails to Vodacom and a further three to Symmington & de Kock explaining my situation as well as sending them all my proofs of payment. None of them have done anything and now I can also not attain credit as this outstanding payment is against my name!!! By far the worst customer service I have ever received and I will never be a client with them again!
