2 Years and waiting

My patience has run out. Vodacom has again managed to disaapoint. Two years ago I got a contract deal, which included a phone. I return the phone within the first week and was told to take it all over Johannesburg to see if it could get fixed, when I returned with the result of 'Out of Box failure'. The phone was taken from me and was told that they would get back to me as soon as the problem was sorted. I was desperate to have a working phone so I decided to buy a phone for cash. So the idea is that I was using a vodacom sim card which included minutes, data bundles and text messages. Every month I was charged for this service, which is fair and fine. (still no phone insight). I left the country for 6 months and returned to an obviously blocked number. When asked what the issue was, I was told that my account has been taken to legal and I had to pay a certain fee to get my line working. All of that was done, and my line was opened. A month later the same thing happens, my phone is blocked with no notice, when asked, again, it has been taken to legal. I paid the money they asked for and asked to cancel my contract and to make my sim card a prepaid line. They told me that I had to pay a fee to cancel my contract and get a prepaid line, and so i did. This was done on the 22nd of March. I paid for a month for my line to be opened until changed to prepaid. and since then, nothing has happened. Instead my number has been deleted and no longer exists. Three weeks ago I logged a service call where this matter was being investigated. I'm still waiting for a response. This is ridiculous! Everytime I call I'm told a new excuse, and everyone is pointing the finger at the previous person or the next department. This is not my problem, yet I'm paying the price for it. I'm highly annoyed by this. All I want is my number to work, and to get the handset that I never received.
