2 weeks old and already giving problems

I have renewed my contract on the 27th April, my phone is giving me problems already, its been 2 weeks! I went to visit my nearest vodacom, but they want to sent the phone away to a repair centre, this is unacceptable! I want a new phone or if mine can be repaired in one day, I run a bussines from my phone and can't afford for it to be away for 7-14 days!! <br>
