2 weeks and no phone

2 weeks ago I went in for my upgrade and was told the phone would be there before the end of the new week or it would come the following week but they would stay in touch. No one contacted me so 4 days later I phoned and I was told next week but they would be in touch. It is now 15 days later so I went to the vodacom store to query to be told \my darling"you are wasting your petrol driving down here to ask us and that you must just wait until we call you. Over and over the service at the vodacom at Bayside it appalling. You are not doing me any favours"
