2 to 5 business days means 2 to 5 business weeks with Vodacom

I ordered a new contract on the 29th of February. I was immediately approved on conditions and told (in the mail) to contact Vodacom sales. I contacted sales, on 6 different occasions and each time I was told to wait for the quotation to become an order (all of this while each of these calls had a massive echo, which is ridiculous for a company who sells phones). Today I phoned sales again because I really need a phone and its been over 2 weeks of me waiting. This person put me onto another lady who couldn't believe none of her colleagues helped me prior. I was told I didn't qualify for the particular contract/phone that I ordered but there were other options. Why did it take 2 weeks to tell me this and if i never kept following up would I ever hear back from these people. It's disgusting and I told her that after this service I will obviously not be moving forward with Vodacom. When is this company going to be held accountable for being generally poor in all areas of operation.

Reviewer Update
Look at all the terrible reviews, with so many of the issues repeated over and over again but nothing ever gets done about it.
