2 months of non assistance to resolve a basic login request

On 30 Dec 2024 I reached out to Vodacom via Facebook messenger. I had tried logging into the MyVodacom App but was notified that I needed to download Vodapay as they had migrated. The smses with th OTP were going to the Sim inside my router, thus I couldn't access them, I had already tried inserting this Sim into another device but could not do so due to the size of the Sim. Since then, I have msged vodacom week after week requesting assistance to resolve as they advised someone would be in contact with me to assist. I give them the requested 7 working days to provide assistance but all that happens is they say it's still being resolved, then provide a brand new ref no. How can an issue be worked on if there are as many as 4 different ref not supp****? I have literally done everything that vodacom has asked me to do, repeatedly, yet nothing works and they do nothing to resolve. I was called once by a consultant who told me to do the same thing I have done countless times before, she then stated she would close the call but request that vodapay gets back in contact with me, which never happened. I've since asked them to cancel the contract seeing that they have no interest in assisting me, I then receive many apologies and am advised my query is being high priority - yet again nothing is done, and my contract has not been canceled either. Ref nos: 01/01/25 - A3-6UK7-FOIYB 15/01/25 - A3-6USK-G3K14F 25/01/25 - A3-6UXY-FZFUC 10/02/25 - EC-215U-1E1IJG. Last communication on fb messenger was on 27 Feb when I requested names of staff this has been escalated to and who was working to resolve.

Vodacom, you refuse to resolve an exceptionally basic problem that you have created yourself by moving apps without the courtesy of any communication. Now you cannot be bothered to assist me to resolve the problem you created.
