2 months and still no resolution for simple query

I have now been waiting for two months for Vodacom to sort out the issue I am having on the website where I am unable to login. Each time they log the query with the programmers, the programmers apparently close the query. It's incredible that such a simple issue takes so long to resolve, no wonder the more complicated issues take such a long time. I hope many people read this complaint as it is unacceptable to wait this long.
