2 months and not a single response

My father has two accounts with Vodacom (one through his practice which we only just found out as he is a doctor and the other is personal). We only noticed about the business account after going through the accounts over the weekend and seeing the debit order that has been coming off, however he has never even seen a statement for this account. We tried sending an email but the Vodacom emails are currently down (you will notice if you access the website). We tried calling the customer care number and this is also down. When we did get through to customer care one day after many attempts, we are put on hold for 5 minutes and then after speaking to a representative for about another 5 minutes going over the situation, we were eventually told we need to call the business team and they cannot help. Of course, after “putting us through” the call was dropped (not this first tie this has happened either). I even reached out on their Facebook page who were totally useless. They gave me an email address to use which nobody has responded to and after numerous attempts at trying to get someone to just give my father a call they said “regrettably you have to contact the business team” who I explicitly told will not respond – no response after that. Two months later, we have had nobody return our emails or our calls. Facebook has now gone silent despite threating to go public which I will be doing after posting this. We will now have to approach the ICASA, which I made clear to the representative on the Facebook chat - again they didn’t really seem to care. Long story short, we cannot get hold of anybody. We have no idea about this account and we cannot get a simple statement sent to us which, by the way, is *******. When choosing a service provider, just know that this is the respect and treatment you will be shown by Vodacom as their loyal customer of over 15 years. They could not care less and their systems are always down. They are more than happy to open an account for you. After that – radio silence even when they are breaking the law.
