2 Months after terminating Vodacom Fibre - the line is still not released

Hi. My Account number with Vodacom is: I*** I terminated my Vodacom Fibre service in May and served a notice period of June 2026, after which Vodacom discontinued its internet service through the line. I have requested Vodacom to release the Fibre line multiple times, so that the new ISP can establish their service, receiving confirmation that the line has been released (but this is NOT the case - the line is not fully released) My new ISP is NOT able to establish service because the line is stated as still occupied by the previous ISP (Vodacom). Vumatel, who are managing the infrastructure, had a technician on site today and confirmed that the Line is still reserved by Vodacom as the ISP. It has been 2 months of this line down now and I need it to work from home. Please could a senior technician in Vodacom be requested to fully and completely release the line in a manner that it can be accessed by a new ISP. The ONT changed shortly prior to this incident and the serial of the current active ONT is: ALCLFF440B74. I have spent so much time on this - both the new ISP and Vumatel advise that Vodacom still needs to release the line and Vodacom claims that the line has been released - the amount of time I have expended on this matter is incomprehensible. Please could this matter be escalated to someone senior in Vodacom to attend to. My only option after this is to initiate a social media campaign detailing the experience in extreme detail.
