2 Months 2 weeks for cellphone

Two months and two weeks ago I gave my LG G5 SE phone in at vodacom Newcastle mall.. [It is insured and under warrenty]. The problem with the phone was that the speaker didn't work and the camera didn't focus. Each month I pay more or less R667 for my phone and insurance. After the phone was sent to advanced repair and on return of the phone they sent a exchange phone, which had the same problem as my original phone concerning the camera not focusing. They sent the exchange phone back again, then the advanced repairs section in Bethlehem apparently fixed another exchange phone and tested it, but in between this and sending the phone back to newcastle mall vodacom someone lost the phones batery and the one blamed the other. As to date 19/12/2017 we are still awaiting to get the battery delivered to Newcastle mall, just to be able to test the phone to see if it works. We asked them why cant they just claim from insurance and they said because the person in Bethlehem tested the phone befor the battery got lost and the phone was sent back and it was apparently working there, they won't be able to claim. For the last two months I have lost my data minutes and sms's, tge staff tells us they will come vack to us and they never do. They also do not answer their phone, today by luck after the 10th call I came through to them. The manager assured me that by Friday 15th Dec the battery would possably be at the store, Saterday 16th we went into the store and one gentleman assisted us and said a email shows the battery was sent on the 13the Dec to Newcastle mall vodacom shop, we asked him if it shoeld be here on Monday then, 15th, he said he wil phone. Monday no call. I messaged the man but no responce. Teusday I phoned them now and after phoning non stop again got through to the shop where a lady answered and she said its not delivered there, I asked her to check and phone me back after explaining the weekends story, she rep**** yes. After 45 min I phoned back just to be told she went out and I can't assist you mam I am busy with a customer.

After I posted the review, Vodacom's manager of NN Mall Vodacom phoned me back to tell us that the battery was mixed up with another delivery. As to date no one has phoned me to assist in this situation. At 16h00 today 21/12/2017 a staff member phoned me back telling me that the person that he was communicating with at head office now told him that the battery was never sent and they don't know where it is. This person at head office is apparently the same person that told the staff member previously that they sent the battery for delivery on the 13th Dec.
