2 month waiting period for new laptop

And when you tell me in a very condescending manner that a new application for a laptop can take 1 to 2 months - that makes me want to go to your competition. <br> <br> I can understand that a branch such as an airport may not have a high turnover of new laptop contracts but I a waiting period of up to 2 months is ridiculous - this after I previously went into the store to advise the staff of my intentions and ran around trying to gather my documents and they failed to mention the 1-2 month waiting period. <br> <br> The staff member who helped me didn't even bother to ask me for my ID for my upgrade of a router or try to assist with, that which I had explained i was due for. <br> <br> Clearly I'm not impressed with the standard of service nor the attitude of the staff member concerned. Seriously considering taking a laptop contract elsewhere AND ending my current wifi contract since Vodacom's staff do not want my business. <br> <br> 2 months to source a product you advertise. I could travel to a mall nearby and drop the item of at the airport if Vodacom has logistical issues. <br>
